Meet Dr. Shannon Bloch: The Heart and Soul of INDEAL Cares
INDEAL Cares was established in 2020 with a clear vision: to revolutionize the health and well-being of employees in North America – and globally – through a commitment to workplace wellness.
Our story is inspired by Dr. Shannon Bloch, a champion of holistic health, who dedicated her life to the care and well-being of individuals all over the world. Throughout her career, Dr. Bloch was passionate about providing exceptional care to her patients, and believed in the empowering force of education, awareness, and evidence-based patient-centered care. Tragically, Dr. Bloch’s life was cut short, before she was able to accomplish all that she had set out to do.
In honor of Dr. Bloch’s commitment to empowering individuals through holistic health, and in recognition of the fact that a healthy life at work is instrumental to a healthy life overall, INDEAL Cares was established.

Active Living
INDEAL Cares is dedicated to encouraging individuals to enjoy an active lifestyle, motivating employees to move more – both in the workplace and outside it – and to support other worthy organizations who are also dedicated to supporting this important area.
Disease Prevention
INDEAL Cares understands that in order to ensure individuals can live their best lives in health, we must support important research programs that focus on some of the most debilitating and crippling diseases of our time, including organizations like City of Hope.
Mental Health
Through the development of mental health resources, education materials, and the support of like-minded charitable organizations already supporting this important work, we understand that a healthy mind is just as important as all other elements of health.
Spine Health
Through a partnership with World Spine Care, an international charitable organization that provides evidence-based spine care to underserved communities globally, INDEAL Cares is dedicated to supporting global spine health and disability prevention.
